RentAny is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms“). Your use of RentAny constitutes your agreement to all such terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy for your reference.

RentAny operates as a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and third-party providers offering rental services for apartments, vehicles, and other related options within the UAE. Through our platform, we enable users to browse and book high-quality rental solutions suited to their preferences and needs. RentAny does not own, operate, or manage the rental properties or vehicles listed; instead, we act solely as an intermediary connecting users with independent service providers. By using our platform, you acknowledge that RentAny’s role is limited to providing access to rental opportunities, and we do not guarantee or assume responsibility for the quality, suitability, or availability of the services provided by third-party providers.
By using RentAny, you agree to facilitate payments for rentals and services directly with the respective users or businesses via cash or bank transfer. RentAny does not utilize third-party payment processors for transactions between users and businesses.
The only payment processed through the app is the subscription fee required to access the platform’s services. Subscription payments are non-refundable and must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of registration or renewal.
RentAny acts solely as an intermediary connecting users and businesses and is not responsible for managing or processing payments, pricing, quality, or performance of services provided by third parties.
Your use of RentAny is subject to RentAny Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Visiting RentAny or sending emails to RentAny constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide you electronically, via email, and on the website and app satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that RentAny is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. RentAny and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions or involved in any illegal activities will be subject to immediate termination without eligibility for refunds. Users whose accounts have been terminated are strictly prohibited from creating new accounts or re-registering on the platform without explicit prior consent from RentAny.
If you are under the age of thirteen (13), you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this app. If you are a parent and you have questions regarding our data collection practices, please review the Privacy Policy and contact us using the information provided at the end of this agreement.
RentAny may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of RentAny, and RentAny is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Sites or changes and updates to a Linked Site. RentAny is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by RentAny of the site or any association with its operators.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use RentAny strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of use of the Site, you warrant to RentAny that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or on interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of RentAny or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes to it.
You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in the whole or in part, found on the Site. RentAny content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content. In particular, you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of RentAny and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of RentAny or our licensor except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
The app may provide access to bulletin board services, chat areas, forums, communities, personal profiles, calendars, and other message or communication features designed to enable interaction with other users or groups (collectively referred to as “Communication Services”). By using the Communication Services, you agree to engage only in activities and share content that is appropriate and relevant to the purpose of the specific Communication Service.

Monitoring and Enforcement
RentAny is not obligated to monitor Communication Services but reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any materials posted to a Communication Service at its sole discretion. RentAny also reserves the right to terminate your access to any Communication Service at any time without notice for any reason.
Disclosure of Information
RentAny may disclose information as required to comply with legal obligations, regulations, or governmental requests or to protect its rights or the rights of others.
Disclaimer and Caution
Always exercise caution when sharing personally identifiable information in any Communication Service. RentAny does not control or endorse the content shared by users within the Communication Services and disclaims liability for any actions resulting from your participation. The views expressed by users, including managers or hosts, do not necessarily reflect those of RentAny.
Materials Provided to Rent Any or Posted on Any Rent Any App.
RentAny does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to RentAny (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input, or submit to any RentAny app or our associated services (collectively “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submissions, you are granting RentAny, our affiliated companies, and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet business including, without limitation, the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission as provided herein. RentAny is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time at RentAny sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all the rights to your Submission as described in this section, including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
User Responsibilities
Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to limitations on usage, reproduction, or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to any such restrictions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice by one party to the other, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai, UAE, in the English language, by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the DIAC rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, RentAny reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the platform.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform. This includes posting accurate, lawful, and ethical listings. Engaging in illegal activities or providing misleading information may result in account termination and legal consequences.
RentAny is not responsible for disputes regarding payments, services, or agreements between renters, property owners, or any third-party service providers involved in rental transactions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and fulfillment of their agreements.
RentAny may, at its sole discretion, provide limited mediation assistance to users involved in disputes. However, RentAny is not obligated to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or provide legal advice. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel for any complex or unresolved issues.
By using the RentAny platform, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the platform, or the services provided, will be resolved on an individual basis.
You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action against RentAny or its affiliates. Disputes must be pursued solely in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
The arbitrator or court shall have no authority to hear or decide any claims on a class, collective, consolidated, or representative basis. If any part of this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By using the RentAny platform, you acknowledge and agree that RentAny is not liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of items listed or rented through the platform. Any disputes regarding such matters must be resolved directly between the involved parties. RentAny expressly disclaims liability in these instances.
As a technology platform, RentAny operates solely as an intermediary connecting users with third-party service providers. RentAny is not responsible for resolving disputes between users or ensuring the fulfillment of agreements. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to bring legal action against RentAny under any circumstance. RentAny may, at its discretion, provide limited support to address issues but is under no obligation to do so.
The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. RentAny and its suppliers may make improvements and changes to the site at any time.
Rent Any and its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics contained on the site for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such information, software, products, services, and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind. Rent Any and its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions without regard to this information, software, products, services, and related graphics, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RentAny and its affiliates, partners, licensors, or suppliers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, revenue, or profits, arising from or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the app or services, even if RentAny has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes any issues related to errors, interruptions, delays, or unauthorized access. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for such damages is not allowed, the above limitations may not apply. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the platform or these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the site.
RentAny strives to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform; however, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or operate without interruptions. In the event of a breakdown or technical issue, RentAny will take reasonable steps to address and resolve the problem. Users are not held liable for any service interruptions caused by the platform’s malfunction
RentAny reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the platform and related services, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By using the platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the UAE for all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the platform. The use of the platform is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not enforce all provisions of these Terms, including this section.
You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and RentAny as a result of this agreement or your use of the platform. RentAny’s performance of this agreement is subject to applicable laws and legal processes. Nothing in this agreement limits RentAny’s right to comply with government, court, or law enforcement requests or requirements regarding your use of the platform or the information provided to or gathered by RentAny.
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision, and the rest of the agreement will remain in full effect.
Unless otherwise stated, this agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and RentAny regarding the platform, superseding all prior communications, proposals, or agreements, whether written, oral, or electronic. A printed version of this agreement and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as business documents in English.
Any company or partner wishing to terminate their collaboration with RentAny must provide a minimum of two weeks’ written notice. Failure to provide the required notice may result in applicable penalties, as outlined in the agreement. RentAny also reserves the right to terminate partnerships with two weeks’ notice or immediately in cases of breach or misconduct.
RentAny prioritizes the security of its users and their data. In the event of a cyberattack, RentAny will take immediate measures to protect user information, mitigate risks, and notify affected parties as required by applicable laws. While we implement robust security measures, users acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to cyber threats.
Rent Any reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which RentAny is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. RentAny encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
